Clients are responsible for maintaining designated escalation contacts to review flagged items, unhandled exceptions, and complex inquiries.

Our automations connect with third-party software including CRMs, phone systems, email providers, and calendar tools. While we engineer robust error handling and retry mechanisms, Pilot Automates cannot guarantee uninterrupted service resulting from third-party API changes, third-party outages, or carrier network interruptions.

Pilot Automates maintains proprietary rights in its reusable code templates, workflow architecture blueprints, and agency intellectual property.

Our website and preliminary consultations are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Pilot Automates does not guarantee specific commercial revenue increases or conversion numbers, as operational success depends on multiple client business factors.
